Credit Cards 
We accept Visa and MasterCard and American Express.
Payments will appear as from "Graham Bohl Optometrist" or "Independent Contact Lens Supplies" on your credit card statement.
Credit card details will be submitted during the checkout process. If you need to update your payment details at other times here is a secure card submission page also.
For orders from other countries than Australia, payments will be processed in Australian Dollars and your credit card company will convert this to your currency at the rate of the day. The currency converter on the site is to be used as a guide only.
American Express payments are not automatic at this stage. To pay by American Express please select "Funds Transfer" as your payment option and then submit your card separately by the secure payment page above. Sorry for this inconvenience and will have have this working automatically in the near future.
Personal or Bank Cheques
We accept personal or bank cheques and your order is sent when the cheque has cleared. This is usually 3-5 working days from when it is received for personal cheques and immediately for bank cheques.
Australia Post Money Orders
This is a good way of paying for your order. They are like a cheque that you purchase from any Australia Post branch. If you pay by sending us an Australia Post Money Order you get an additional $6 discount, but at this stage you have to manually take $6 off the price of your order as this does not happen automatically.
Direct funds transfers
You can pay using a direct funds transfer from your account to our's using internet banking. Our account details and instructions appear at the payment stage of the order checkout process.
Once done, a transfer takes 1-2 working days to appear in our account, except if you transfer from the Commonwealth Bank which often appear in a few hours (let us know if your bank is the Commonwealth so we check sooner). We get your order underway as soon as the transfer appears.

If you make an over the counter deposit at a Commonwealth Bank please let us know this and the post code of the bank so we can identify your transfer. Your order will be underway as soon as the funds appear in our account.
