Shipping

Within Australia costs $6.

The $6 charge covers shipping for any amount of lenses and one large contact lens solution savings pack.  If you order more than one solution pack the postage charge is increased by $5 per solution pack.  Eg an order with two solution packs will have $11 shipping.

If you pay by sending us an Australia Post Money Order you get a $6 discount which gives you free postage for lenses and one solution pack within Australia.

An express courier is used for house and business addresses.  Registered post (slower but more secure) is used for residential unit addresses.  Orders generally take 2-5 days to arrive and for more detailed information on delivery and shipping times click here.  If you have any special shipping requests please note these in the comments area when you place your order.

Overseas locations.

We use insured airmail for overseas deliveries. Deliveries generally take 1-2 weeks and For more detailed information on delivery and shipping times click here.  The prices for our more common countries are as follows and the shipping price is automatically added during the check out process.

These shipping prices increase only if you order a contact lens solution pack, and for this reason we recommend that only our Australian customers order the solution packs.

Parcels are wrapped well and are marked as a gift for customs purposes.

Lenses and other products
You get the product exactly as ordered. If we make a mistake, we will send you the correct lenses with a post bag so you can send the incorrect lenses back.

Parcel delivery
If your parcel is lost in transit before it gets to your address, it is replaced following confirmation by the parcel carrier that it has been lost.  This warranty does not cover your parcel going missing following its delivery so please choose a safe address.   This warranty is also dependent on the customer filling in the correct address and all options on the shipping page  during the checkout process so please read all these options carefully.

Warranty Information

We cannot guarantee you against any prescription changes made by your optometrist or ophthalmologist after your lenses boxes have been opened.

If you order the wrong lenses by mistake or your prescription changes

If you have ordered the wrong lenses by mistake we can give a credit for unopened, unmarked boxes in perfect condition.  The lenses must be less than 6 months after purchase and have at least one year before expiration.  There is a $5 restocking charge per box to cover the manufacturer restocking fee, and postage charges to cover sending your new lenses back to you and sending the incorrect lenses back to the manufacturer.  Thus postage is $12 ($6 x 2) in Australia.  When sending the lenses back it is important to pack them carefully as we cannot give a credit on boxes which are squashed or damaged in transit. 

You must contact us before sending back lenses for exchange.  Lenses are not accepted without prior authorization!

Most lenses can be exchanged this way, and the only ones which cannot are custom made lenses, custom tinted lenses, and lenses specially imported for you.  Also for large returns where we have to return your lenses to the manufacturer, we may have to charge you more than $6 for postage to the manufacturer.
