How
to order |
| On Line Order |
Fill out the order form and press submit. We will email within 24 hours to confirm your order and keep you up to date on its progress. |
| Mail Order |
Print out the order form, fill it out, and post it to us with your credit card details, cheque or money order. On receipt of your order we will email you to confirm the order and then again when it is shipped. We strongly advise you let us check your order (see below) for mistakes first before you post your cheque, money order or transferring funds. To do this, email the order with the 'check my order' box selected and wait for confirmation (1 to 2 working days). |
| Fax Order |
Fill out the order form and fax it to us on 07 5477 7508. We will email within 24 hours to confirm your order and keep you up to date on its progress. Please fax your order only once unless a fax error has occurred. |
| Check your order before sending any payment details |
You can send
us your order for us to check. Fill out all your name, address and order details. Then, in the payment section, select the box that says "Please check my order and email to confirm it is OK." We will get back to you in 1 to 2 working days and alert you of any errors. You can then send us your cheque, money order, credit card details or transfer funds. |
The order forms use JavaScript to make them easier to complete. If you are using an old browser or have JavaScript turned off the price calculations will need to be entered manually or left blank for us to complete. Please Contact Us to report any errors.
If ordering 2 different products at the same time, or ordering with your friends to share postage costs, please use one order form per product or person please. Please make a note that you are sharing postage in the "other" section and we divide this between the orders. Obviously when doing this, the lenses all need to be sent to the same address.
The following options are accepted.

Credit card. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, BankCard (the Australian credit card) and American Express (3% surcharge applies for American Express). |

Australia Post money orders. These work like a bank cheque and you can get these from any Australian post office. If you use one of these we take the shipping charge off your order. |

Cheques. Goods are sent when the cheque clears (3-4 working days). |

Direct Deposit. Use internet banking to transfer money directly into our bank account. If using this method please fill in the order form and check the "Check my order" option. This allows us to check your order before you send us any money. We will then send you the account details for the funds transfer. |
Any information submitted is strictly confidential and will not be given or sold to any other parties for advertising or any other purposes. Your information is stored on a computer which is not connected to the internet and is in a location with high physical security. Our order forms are secured with 128 bit encryption which means your private details cannot be intercepted.
Our order forms have 128 bit encryption. This means that they cannot be intercepted like regular email. If this is not satisfactory you are welcome to send your payment details by fax. Your details are kept on a computer which is not connected to the internet and which also has electronic and physical security measures in place.
Backup Order Form Only use this if the above one is out of order. This is our old order form. It still works and is secure, but the certificate has expired, so it gives an error message saying this.
